How I Work
I don't arrive with a framework and leave with a report. I get involved in the work — sitting in on standups, reading your RFCs, talking to your engineers — and give you observations from the inside, not the balcony.
I work with a small number of clients at a time — usually no more than three engagements concurrently — so you get real attention, not templated advice.
